Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 10 September, 2025

1. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting Lucknow IT Solution at info@lucknowit.com. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation and may incur charges if work has already commenced.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only for unused services or unfulfilled project milestones.
• No refunds are provided for services already delivered, partially delivered, or customized as per client requirements.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service initiation or milestone delivery.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method. Any bank charges or third-party fees may be deducted.

4. Exceptions

Custom projects, digital products, or consultancy services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
